About us
Vallombrosa Capital Management (“VCM”) invests in commercial real estate with a focus on growth markets across the United States. VCM deploys long-term capital in markets exhibiting strong employment and population growth with the expectation of continued momentum over a 20-year time horizon. This long-term vision allows VCM to invest through cycles and we seek core to core-plus opportunities in assets that provide downside protection as well as asset appreciation created through value-add strategies. The Principals will bring an institutional approach to acquisitions in the middle-market ($10M to $100M capitalization per asset) and will partner with best-in-class service providers for property management and leasing. VCM is currently focused on Multi-Family, Industrial and Office opportunities, but will also pursue acquisitions across all asset classes where we have conviction on long-term growth prospects.
